The show is a Continuous Format
Prejudging | Finals | Trophy Presentation in each respective division.
Prejudging to routine/walks to finals in each of the respective divisions (that means you won’t have to be there all day long like traditional competitions!!)

ENTRY FEES AND DEADLINES
First class $105. Each additional class $80.
$75 late fee applies after April 20.
All entry fees are Non Reundable and Non Transferable. NO EXCEPTIONS

Free Event T-Shirts: Quantity and size are limited for entrants after March 29th.

Tickets available at the the door, show day. Additional $5 surcharge per ticket will apply.

PUMP UP/PREP AREA:
Resistance bands and dumbells will be available. Competitors are welcome to bring their own pump up equiptment.
1 assistant max per competitor allowed in pump up area. Assistant must purchase GA show ticket and wristband for backstage access. Wristband issued show day at ticket table.

POLYGRAPH
Promoter emails poiygraph booking link to schedule appontment3-4weeksbefore show.. 
Polygraphs start April 25, 26 and April 27
Polygraph Fee $50 CASH, paid to polygrapher. Photo identification required.
Polygraph is good or 45 days.
Results from recent polygraph exams performed for NANBF contests are honored if within 45 days.

URINALISIS
Top two place winners, in addition to polygraph. 
Urine samples are collected immediately after the conclusion of trophy presentation.
Its the competitors responsibility to ensure a sample is provided before leaving the event.
Failure to do so can result in competitor being disqualified.

ROUTINE MUSIC
Bodybuilding | Classic | Womens Physique | Womens Bodybuilding
Each competitor performs his or her 60-second routine, to music of their choice. This portion gives the competitor a chance to win "Best Presentation" award.
Routines are not part of the scoring process.
MP3 or MP4 format. NO other format or links will be accepted.
