The Natural Southern States Classic is one largest amateur natural physique competitions.
With 25+ years promoting drug free contests, we understand our role in protecting your hard work, time and investment with a fair playing field. Competition day is yours.
We are here to provide you with a great experience in celebration of those efforts.

GENERAL INFORMATION
The show is a Continuous Format
Prejudging | Finals | Trophy Presentation in each respective division.
Prejudging to routine/walks to finals in each of the respective divisions (that means you won’t have to be there all day long like traditional competitions!!)
Detailed show format will be emailed to competitors Monday, week of the show.

NANBF Membership $100. All competitors must have a current NANBF Membership.

First class $110. Each additional class $80.
After October 18th you can still enter but with a ONE time late fee of $50.00!
Event T-Shirt sizes and quantity are limited after March.

Will be available at the door at the Liberty Performing Arts Theatre.

POLYGRAPH
Promoter will email entrants booking link to schedule polygraph appointments 3-4 weeks before show.
At host hotel. Polygraph fee: $50 cash paid to polygrapher.
Polygraph testing for all competitors.
Results from recent polygraph exams performed from other NANBF contests are honored, if within 45 days.
URINALYSIS
Top two place winners (in addition to their polygraph tests). Urine samples will be collected immediately after the conclusion of their show division. It is the competitor’s responsibility to ensure a sample is provided before leaving the event. If competitors do not provide samples they are disqualified.
COMPETITOR PUMP UP/PREP AREA POLICY:
Resistance bands, dummbells will be available. Competitors are welcomed to bring thier own pump up equiptment.
One assistant max per competitor allowed in pumpup area. Assistant must purchase show ticket and wristband for backstage access.
Trainer/Assistant backstage access wristband issued show day, with proof of show ticket purchased. No additional trainer ticket is required.

Do NOT USE their sheets and towels if you have on stain or other tanning products.

ROUTINE MUSIC
Bodybuidling | Classic | Womens Physique
Each competitor performs his/her 60-second routine to music of your choice. This portion gives the competitor a chance to win a “Best Presentation” award. Routine is not part of the scoring process. MP3 or MP4 File format. No other file format or links will be accepted.
